Front Desk staff was amazing!

New

Stay and hotel were fine. BIG ISSUE HOWEVER. Went down for breakfast looked like 2 homeless men sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. Brushed it off. Went to the hotel gym like 8am. Literally woke up a homeless man sleeping on one of the yoga mats in the gym. NOT OKAY

Clean, friendly staff, no issues besides the smell of weed. Keep a mind they do charge $100 a room deposit when checking in card only no cash.

Clean well kept room all week. Very good breakfast which was well stocked. Very nice staff

The room was pretty clean and spacious. Shower leaked and the floor was patched w caulking. Bed was comfortable. My room faced the road and was very noisy, but also the noise from other rooms could be heard and the neighbor's tv noise could be heard (unfortunately until 2am). I had to sleep w ear plugs. Convenient egress to the parking- nice to have two entrances to my room. Too much pot smells within and without the facility.

The staff was great, the room coffee terrible but they have decent coffee downstairs. Room was clean but walls so thin I was up listening to my neighbor being rowdy and loud until 2am. Bed was so so but the linen was clean, smelled good and the towels were super soft!

The rooms had a strange, bad smelling odor on the top floor. We changed rooms multiple times to try to escape the smell but it was in each room.

It was clean, didn’t smell gross, had a decent breakfast, and was close to where I needed to be. The price was reasonable. The only thing that would’ve made it even better, is if they had hot chocolate when arriving out of the cold, like at the Hilton. I don’t drink coffee or caffeinated tea. But they did have fruit in the breakfast, which was a big plus for me!

Great staff

Evening and morning staff were very friendly and personable. Room was clean and well stocked with necessities and linens. Host at front desk was very accommodating of my needs. Breakfast provided good range of options, even some gluten-free ones. Only downside was the washer and dryer were out of order. Even then, we we accommodated. Thank you!!
