Staff happy and helpful. Lovely room. Great bed and shower. Enjoyed the treats left each day in our room. Perfect location. Most sites are within easy walking distance. Not too far from underground to get to Schonbrunn Palace. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Very comfortable, great staff and service, lovely breakfast

Every breakfast was filled with amazing options and variety. A beautiful display of baked goods and lots of fruit options. The scrambled eggs needed to be cooked more ( too wet IMO) and need to be kept warm.

A lovely hotel that was recommended to us. The room although cosy was clean - wasn't in Vienna to spend time in the bedroom. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast

The hotel is just a few blocks from the city attractions and has dining options only two blocks away. Room was updated and quiet. Bed comfortable. Would stay here again.

Central location and spacious rooms. We stayed with 2 young kids and enjoyed the breakfast.

Lovely hotel . Everything was perfect about it . The breakfast was a huge selection . Room large with streaming tv . Staff very helpful . Only downside ( which was not the hotels fault ) , our room was at the front of the hotel . There is a nightclub across the street so was quite noisy friday and saturday night even with windows shut .

This hotel is just perfect. It’s in a great walkable location and the rooms and public spaces are very nice. The breakfast is just fantastic with every option including sparkling wine and every juice you would want. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
