Nice place. Spacious room. Could not check in even one second early despite arriving at 8am. Treadmill broken in gym.

The rooms are small but very comfortable. The staff was excellent and the room was really clean with the housekeeping staff doing a noticeably exceptional job. The area was safe and convenient to the Metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend this location.

They told me that I would get a bottle of prosecco with my stay which I didn’t get (there wasn’t in the room where they said it would be. Also because I didn’t have the paper with my entry to the county they wanted to charge me 19% additional taxes. That is not disclosed anywhere.

The rooms were comfortable, and staff was helpful.

Great Location.

The hotel is very nicely located in a nice area. The only downside was the extra charge for the coffee capsules, which is extremely odd. That should come as a courtesy. All else was good

Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free...

Wonderful Staff and location, however during the summer dont book the penthouse , the AC is not strong enough and it is controlled by the front desk . Good value for your money

Great location in Santiago! Not the biggest rooms but the bed is comfortable and the entire hotel is clean.

Very comfortable small room. It was extremely convenient for me since I was going to an event in the area. Lower price than most comparable hotel on that side of town. Only not so good, the bathroom is tiny, although clean .

Our 1st night was a bad experience. You are provided with an iPad to control the room. Unfortunately ours did not work which meant the blackout curtain could not be lowered & the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom (booked the penthouse). Informed reception but after several hours they were unable to resolve the problem or move us to another room. We asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. They advised as we booked via hotels.com we would need to contact them. Hotels.com were unable to assist that night. Therefore we had to sleep in a room with significant light & no air. In the morning we asked for an update but they knew nothing of the problems. We left it with them to resolve & went out for the day. Returning in the afternoon nothing had been resolved. Finally the lady at reception intervened & moved us to another room. This was 24 hours after we checked in. However no compensation for the previous night. The remaining 3 nights in the new room was excellent. So this place is good to stay as long as you don’t have any problems as they are useless in solving and understanding the problem
