Check what you’re booking. I thought we’d booked a spa stay, we went into the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area to be escorted out as it wasn’t our package. Not handled very well by the staff, it was embarrassing. Had dinner in the restaurant it was very over seasoned steak, left me very thirsty. Nice surroundings, nice building, just a shame how they treat their customers.

Lots of beds and little nooks and crannies to explore. Music playing at swim up bar. Wonderful staff, wonderful experience. Would definitely go again

Overall we loved our stay, the food was the highlight. Would highly recommend the evening menu, top class and great value too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Next was the steam room which was. The pool was nice, but a bit shallow and small. A jacuzzi would have been great. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was a bit a letdown ans a bit wobbly annd unfortunately also there weee marks on the duvet and the bath robe, which was a shame.

Lovely hotel and amazing spa area, nice gym and pool.

Upon arrival the place is just stunning, came to pay for the room only to be told no cash, nothing jumps out on the website to say it’s cashless. This was disappointing to us due to my husband selling motorbike we thought we treat ourselves to a little spa and a night away with the cash., luckily we did have our credit card with us if we didn’t have this we would have in stuck! This would have been very unfortunate for us and somewhat embarrassing. This was booked for our 33rd anniversary. The room was okay, the bathroom was so tiny! Indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room lovely. Restaurant also very lovely, food was lovely but came out too quick! As for the spa facilities outside, absolutely stunning, the sun was out which made it even more special🤗. Overall stay, we will definitely give it 8/10. Definitely was returned for the spa.

Great hotel with amazing food

Nice hotel if lacking a bit of character. Room was ok. It was facing the main road so a bit noisy - no chance of a lie in if you wanted one especially on the Monday. Very comfortable bed and very clean. A little on the cold side for my liking but was offered extra blankets if I wanted. The bathroom was really quite cold even with the heated rail on. Staff very friendly. Facilities are good and clean. The food at the restaurant was above standard - some very nice dishes. Breakfast was fine - good selection and lots of healthy options. I didn't have time to try the Spa but it looked amazing. Probably wouldn't go again as a solo traveller as a lot of customers seem to be there for the Spa so felt very couple-y.

We stayed one night for my hisbands birthday. It was really beautiful.

Stayed at the Manor house Hotel and spa on the 18.01.25 my husband and myself we had a lovely stay room was lovely and clean the bed was really comfy the staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble we didn't get time to go into the spa but next time we will. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I Stayed in a cozy double room, which was nicely furnished, very clean, lovely bed sheets and soft furnishings. The hotel gym is very good and not busy at all as its only for residents. The pool, steam room and sauna is superb, very clean, smells nice and very relaxing - again never very busy - 4-5 people came and went in the hour i was in there.

Lovely relaxing stay and friendly helpful staff

Second visit to the Manor House Spa. This was my first visit since they open the Spa. Its was lovely. Not to packed and lots of areas for you to choose. We didn’t book a treatment but maybe when we revisit when the second pool opens. I wouldn’t book through hotels as their packages don’t include access to the Spa Garden and that’s the best bit. I would recommend that the indoor spa should get a jacuzzi and a kettle with a longer lead to read the plug!

The reception on arrival, the ambiance, the room, the spa, the bar, the restaurant, the food, the service - just all of it was absolutely lovely. Such a cosy fabulous hotel. Well done.

Excellent service, food very good, nice gym and pool. Just what you want, perfect.

I just couldn’t sleep all night

Our stay at the Manor House was very enjoyable. The food was excellent, the pool facilities were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.

What an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The spa is fantastic along with the afternoon tea and dinner in the evening. Our room was small but adequate as we didn't spend much time in there, and the bathroom is 'compact', but again adequate for our stay. We enjoyed all the facilities at the spa including a treatment each. We would love to return in the near future. Thank you to all who work there to make this a wonderful experience for us.

Excellent hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meal food is very high quality.
