I had a great stay at the hotel and was impressed by how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. The service throughout my visit was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I was especially pleased with the morning staff, who were both helpful and cheerful, going out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude really made a difference and started each day off on the right foot. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Very clean spacious rooms, the staff is very professional. Looks like they are doing renovation and they will have new rooms.

We were not informed that the pool was closed, the bathroom door in our room did not latch and therefore did not lock. The outside door on the backside of the property did not lock, anyone outside had access to the building. We had to request toilet paper, there was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. I was also charged a higher price upon check-in than what was reflected on expedia reservation. Very disappointing stay.

The room was dirty. We found fingernails and toenails on the floor. There were holes in the bathroom walls covered up with masking tape. The air conditioner did not work very well so the room was hot. Food crumbs in the dresser drawer and a dirty shirt left in the closet area.

All the staff was friendly. Lobby and rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was good with enough choices for everyone. Also the breakfast area was very clean

Really enjoyed our stay here! Ramces of Front Desk was friendly and so welcoming, and the room is a relief after a long car ride. They even have a microwave and fridge for our cooler stuff. And WiFi is a breeze.

Room was clean enough but property overall was a bit grungy and rundown with deferred maintenance evident throughout. Breakfast was meager.

We had several issues with our room. When we first arrived we had to have our room switched because the door between ours and the adjoining room wasn’t and wouldn’t lock. The staff didn’t understand the problem and said the other room could lock theirs but I said that wouldn’t keep them from coming into my room. When my room was switched we didn’t have an adjoining room so there was no issue. However, when I first used the shower the handle fell off. There were also gnats in the sink (many gnats) and the sheets on both beds were dirty. I am overly convinced that there were not washed from the previous stay. The location was ideal but the accommodations were less than favorable.

It was OK, but had the following issues: A daily charge for a dog stay of $20 per night instead of a dog deposit listed in the reservation. Another issue was a $15 early check in fee at 1:15pm instead of 3pm.

Great stay for the price. Great value!

Went to check in and they stated you guys cancelled our reservation and we are now stuck in Ardmore with no place to stay

decent place for the money

The odor when you first walk in was horrific, it smelt like wet dog in the halls and in the room. The first floor hall had water soaked in the carpet. The towels for bathing were small body towels and stained all four had dark black stains, and torn. Breakfast was a whole different story. I would not go back to that hotel again.

When I showed up they couldn’t find my reservation. Supposedly they attempted to call me and had moved me to another hotel. The other hotel had no record of my reservation either. It was a very bad experience.

Staff was friendly. Could use updates.

The price. The carpet in our room was wet, the seat on the toilet didn’t fit, the heat lamp in the bathroom stayed on all the time, some of the lamps didn’t work, the desk chair was aweful, the coffee table was aweful, no cups to make coffee and only a set of 2 towels.

Not Wyndam standards. Cheap thin bath towels. Free breakfast consisted of bread, eggs and sausage. No muffins, biscuits, yogurt or fruit like past stays in other properties I’ve stayed in.

Overall good for the price. I really liked the room set up. Nothing overly fancy but it gets the job done. Would return.

The pool needs to be cleaned and maintained. It was green and nasty looking.

Room had a view of filthy scummy outdoor pool. Hair Dryer inoperative wall tile in shower missing and cracked tiles toilet seat loose and slides. no elevator. wife unable to climb stairs got room on 1st flr Shower water just room temp even with hot only on no clocks in room sheets smelled heavily of bleach Mattresses lumpy and too well used. need new or turn them guests letting their large dogs run around outside the compound. couple staying behind dumpster, homeless ?
