Nice hotel with beautiful views. Most staff are polite, attentive and helpful except a few at Reception. Close to transport and very walkable. The Animation team if Sylvia and Elpy do a good job when they are around. Evening entertainment could be better as it is limited to one person signing at the moment and not all days of the week. There could be more /better evening entertainment for sure. But nonetheless the food, the location and the AI is good.

The food was 5*! The employees were 5*. Cleanliness 5*. Location 5*. The rooms and bathroom need updating. They look old and need pictures on the wall.

I had a great experience

My stay was superb. The location of the hotel is really good. Easy reach from the airport by local bus costing just €4. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel. There is a nice pool and beach just outside with beautiful sunrise. I have travelled outside party season so all the clubs were closed but are within few minutes from the hotel if you travel during party season. Shops and marina nearby. The food was really good. It was well balanced and varied through the days with multiple themes. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The staff at reception friendly and helpful. The severs and chefs in the dining area real gems. They were very tentative, friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and provided sparkle to my stay. The only minus were thin walls in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Stayed AI. Food was excellent, plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters! Meat was cooked fresh and it was constantly replenished. Staff lovely throughout the hotel; from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Everywhere was clean, including the rooms. Only complaint was the bed.. it was rock hard! And the rooms were not as glam as they look on the website! I was expecting more from Palladium hotels as we’ve stayed in a few in the past. We had a junior suite. The room was very spacious but a little dated. Would definitely recommend the hotel if only for the food and staff! Not sure I would return unless they changed the beds!!

Wonderful hotel I can’t wait for next year to visit again

It was super quiet, the food was decent. I loved that it was on the beach so you could walk to restaurants or the port to do excursions. I only needed it for 2days so it served its purpose

Another great stay at this hotel, I have been 3 times now, staff are lovely and friendly, food is amazing and great location in San Antonio Bay. Wonderful stay!

The staff was incredible. The food was delicious and the drink were tasty.

Love this hotel, think we have stayed 5 times now the staff are great and the All inclusive food and drinks along with the service is awesome the pink Prosecco is my wife’s new favourite 👌 One thing I would change is having more chilled Balearic music or a DJ by the pool at some point during the day after all it is in Ibiza.

Great location, just next to the beach and some great clubs. Amazing staff. When booking here always go All Inclusive its worth every penny.

Stayed in a bungalow / cabin room. Great hotel, in a great location for accessing San Antonio. Good pool facilities with plenty of sun beds. Food is excellent and at good times through the day. Drinks are good, mostly branded. Staff are very friendly and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay, nice and lovely staff, Elaine from guest service was quite helpful, all the receptionists were lovely too, waiters were helpful and pleasant. Nice ambience, beautiful evening performances. Totally recommend

Great location in the middle of ibiza to go around . The hotel location is amazing right by the beach and has a cool vibe however it definitely needs a renovation and better cleaning seevices.

Great hotel and location, amazing sunset view from our balcony. Stuff was very friendly and supportive. We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute. we will come back again.
