Amazing service, friendly and attentive. Upon entering our room we found water in the bathroom cabinet to which maintenance reaponded immediately. The rooms were otherwise clean, spacious. The hotel listed queen beds however it felt smaller as our bed at home is queen and my 2 kids didnt fit one the bed with me like at home. The pool was open and we had it to ourselves for anout 2 hours. The bbq grills were easy to use and the outdoor space was inviting to wnjoy a few hours with the kids playing. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options and they had plenty of info for people with food allergies

Jennifer at the front desk was amazing.

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness everything exceeded my expectations.

The room was old and musty. In the afternoon it smelled of cigarettes or when we turned the air on-it must be in the vents. Our room had old carpet. There were stains on the furniture.

No issues.

The general condition of the property wasn’t well kept, carpets stained and worn, safety latch on our door broken, dishwasher in my daughters room broken, room service every other day and very minimum done, sheets pulled up but not changed, towels taken and stack left. Dishes left in sink though dishwasher broken. In short, will never stay here again. Ever. Shouldn’t be called a Hilton property

The surface was excellent and everyone there was very kind!

The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was large and well-stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good sized. It was great

Spacious property. Clean, well maintained, convenient amenities. Great pool and hot tub. Room features were appreciated, especially the kitchen supplies and temperature controls. Staff was respectful and helpful. Will definitely return for a future stay.

Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was invalid. “You booked it through a third party who never scheduled it with us.” “There are no rooms available.” NO expression of concern. NO offer to help until pressed for a solution. ZERO professionalism. ZERO consideration or compassion. Condescending. Rude. Unfriendly. Ashley at the front desk was the absolute worse of customer service that we’ve ever experienced. We will NEVER go back to this facility.

Best free hot breakfast I’ve had in YEARS!

It was overall a great stay for a good price, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I felt safe on the property and everything was well maintained. However, the pool area was a little laughing. The hot tub did not have more than one working jet even when you turned on the switch, and the temperature of the water was not what I expected for warmth. Other than the disappointment with the hot tub, however, everything was wonderful.

The staff is lovely the room was beautiful

All the experience overall was good. The furniture was a little outdated. The pull out sofa was fine but the blanket was not the most comfortable . It would be nice if it was softer to the touch. The staff though were great wonderful personalities and accommodating.

Stayed at this hotel in March of 2025 for the NCAA Tournament at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. Wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars because it deserves it. Nice, quiet and clean location. All the hotel staff I encountered were friendly, aiming to help and willing to go out of their way to improve my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the fitness center was perfect for my morning exercise. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons I chose this hotel and they were excellent too. Breakfast the hotel served had plenty of options and was always very good. On Wednesday evening they served a dinner for guests which was delicious and convenient for me since I checked in on a Wednesday and was too exhausted from traveling to fix something on my own. If I visit the Providence area in the future I will definitely be booking this hotel, again!
