Rooms are really run down and disgusting. If we weren’t so tired we would be staying elsewhere. Will not be coming back.

Air quality in room was a little stagnant, older hotel smell, but decent stay other than that

The hotel looked very clean but went it to the bathroom and it was filthy , bathtub was brown and caulking all over the place , and our toilet did not work , we were just there to sleep so I wasn’t to worried , but getting up to pee in the middle of the night , wasn’t able to flush

The staff employees were very friendly and helpful.

Bed sheets, towels and bath tub were not clean at all there’s a smell to the place it was ok to just sleep but will not be back that’s for sure.

Very nice place. The receptionist was super helpful with giving me tips about sightseeing too

Staff seemed inconvenienced when I arrived. Location good but needs updates and DEEP cleaning. Noisy and AC was temperamental.

Very outdated; staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced; room seemed surface clean but felt like more deep cleaning was needed.

The bathrooms were closed at the pool, which was very inconvenient because you had to go back to your room, dripping wet to change clothes

Nice and quiet roms were clean

It was horrible. The room was dirty, not what I paid for and when I asked about it they would not change the room.

I love this place when traveling and just tired with a need for a dark room and sleep. Room is clean,AC WORKS, shower Is funky but my 3rd time here

I was disappointed with the cost of the hotel considering it was a very small and old room. My sheet had a small brown stain on it. (The sheet smelled clean) The maids should have noticed when making the bed because it was right where you sleep - below the pillow area. The floor had a sticky spill on it about the size of a small bowl. It wasn't cleaned. I noticed it when walking from my bed to the bathroom when I stepped it in barefooted. Also the hotel claimed to have the best pool for Meridian. Maybe so, but it wasn't cleaned well and the was cracking.

Not real clean

Got there at 12:00 to see if they could check us in early so we could rest our Special need athlete for Special Olympics and their internet was down. Therefore, they couldn't tell if they had a room ready OR make room keys! She had no idea when it would be fixed. We waited almost an hour and decided to find another hotel. They called me back at 3:30 to let me know they could check me in and I told them I went to another hotel and would probably not book at their hotel again since they were unprepared for a technology issue. I would like my money back but the cancellation policy won't allow it EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT I COULDN'T CHECK IN.

The room needed to be dusted. And the bed cover had stains on it.

My family had car breakdown 2 hours away, were stranded and could not check in or stay the first night. I called hotel and front desk gent said unless I checked them in for the first night - we would lose the reservation. I told him over the phone - to check them in. Second day they rented a car and arrived - the manager would not check them in nor would she let us change the name to one of their names for check in. All 3 of my adult daughters told me that the female manager was rude and dismissive. And they refused a refund despite the car mishap, and the name difference issue. Very disappointed in the managment

Stay ok. Bathroom fixtures rather old and well used condition.

Pool was closed for the foreseen future. Only reason we chose this place was for the pool. Wouldn't refund our money so we could go next door to theirs. Employee actually suggested go to a different hotel and just walk in and use their pool.
