Room was a sauna, AC wouldn’t work despite several attempts with wall console. Area nearby also a bit sketchy.

Too many stairs no lift room very tiny. Thanks to the reception guys who help us to take our luggage to our room, otherwise we can't make it. Location walking distance to public transport.

The hotel conveniently located close to the center, to the grocery stores, in a relatively quiet street. My room was tiny, but had a refrigerator. I think the hotel is overpriced though.

This was a very good value stay. Comfortable bed with modern decor and very clean all over with a cosy double room. Would highly recommend if you are looking to be in Bilbao or prior to ferry crossings.

Someone took my beer inside the refrigerator, my wife lost a pair boots ! So disappointing.

Clean cheap hotel, 10 min walk to the centre. Great check in service and lockers are easy to use if arriving early. Check out 12:00. Good shows products provided and tea/coffee biscuits a nice touch. Beds really comfy

My mother especially loved this cute boutique hotel. We both loved the location! We especially loved that the room came with coffee and lime biscuits. Bed was comfy, TV was great size to zone out to. We would definitely return!

Surprisingly that there is a lounge area that we can use after the check out, and it is very spacious and comfortable.

This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Lovely little Boutik hotel Room was clean and cosy . I had a single room and was apprehensive with the room size . The receptionist kindly told me that there is a spacious quiet area . Finally when I arrived in my room it was so cute and cosy that I was ok . Staff are kind and helpful . A nice little sweet home when you need to stay 2 nights in Bilbao . Thank you

The hotel was great- clean, free water, coffee, cookies! Lots of room to store luggage, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Location is sketchy if you are walking to the market/other side of the bridge- be aware of your safety. Hotel staff member was awesome!

The hotel is right by Puerta del Sol which is very central and easy to get to and around. The location is great…… except…….the NOISE. The street noise seems amplified, as though people are in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The door buzzer is out of control loud. You hear the door slam closed whenever anyone leaves, every single time. It was borderline unbearable. I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones it was that bad.

I am very happy by the room condition, staff behaviour and hygiene of the room.
