We have stayed here several times. The hotel has always been a great place to stay. I would recommend it.

Very clean, nice staff

The UPS facility behind the hotel made it impossible to sleep past 3am.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service.

The people in room above me stomped around until late evening; disrupting my sleep.

First room I was assigned, the a.c. was not working. The staff was quick to get me another room that was plenty cool and comfortable. Room was nice. Phone didn’t work as they built a cabinet over the outlet but - minor detail. Elevator felt like it was on its last leg. Overall, breakfast was good, room was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Not enough lighting in the bathroom.

It was a good stay. Friendly staff at check-in with someone in training. They paid close attention to my reservation and made sure everything was right. Forgot my tooth brush but they weren’t any available at the front so a little bummed about that. Having coffee available was nice but they didn’t have a water dispenser with lemons/limes to where you could have a fresh cup like other Hampton Inns I’ve been in. Breakfast was good. Pretty average foods were out but enough to fill you up. Overall good stay, and would come back.

Great place

Mold alongside the windows located next to the beds. Cracked dresser, outlets didn’t work. Pool was dirty so we didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay.

We were in town for a quick trip to float the river. The staff was super friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Easy drive from Austin airport , perfect for shopping at outlet centre at start of our week in Texas.
