Clean and safe with good service

Pool could be cleaner, but room was perfect!

Our experience at this hotel was horrible. My daughter woke up covered in bed bug bites all over her body. My spouse saw a bug in our bed in the morning and developed bites on her body throughout the day. I have been calling the hotel and asking to speak to a manager, only to be told that the manager is very busy. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Smells like wet rug. AC is loud. Didn't sleep at all. Felt uncomfortable.

Buildings smelled musty, like wet carpet that hasn’t been cleaned. Stains and tears on furniture.

Hidden jewel

Cook was kind and friendly. Too much bleach in pool. Elevators were too overwhelming of cleaning supply smell. Room was never restocked over our 3night stay.

The room was nice and neat. Hotel Desk Help was very professional. The breakfast was delicious.

Definitely not impressed with the front desk staff. Room was a nice size and quiet

Smelt like mold and dead fish. Found mold in the room. Switched rooms that had cigarette butts on the floor. Mini fridge was leaking and there were ants in the bed. Spare yourself. We wanted to use the pool with the kids but at that point we were nervous to.
