Absolutely loved this property! Very safe and quiet. We had a great view and the customer service was amazing!!! Highly recommended this hotel when in Mexico City!!!

the sheets smelled of urine stains everywhere the shower did not work properly I had to leave the hotel

Only small inconvenience, thin walls, got woken up by next door guests, asking for burgers at 2:30 AM (LOL) true story

Is not very clean , bath tub was dirty and also the doors of the closet and bathroom very dirty. The staff is super nice

Area surrounding looks dangerous and not too clean

The room is very clean, comfortable. The insulation is good, the room is quiet, I don’t hear any noise from outside or other guests. However, the AC is very noisy when it’s on. That’s my only complaint. The hotel is at very good location, across street from the Alameda park , walking distance from many attractions. Also appreciate they provide free filtered water fountain, very convenient and environmental friendly. Overall, the hotel is well worth the price.

Triste, para lo que cobra grupo posadas, un hotel descuidado, muy ruidoso, en la madrugada me despertó un ruido de que la gente gritaba que querían matar una cucaracha dentro de una habitación

Hotel Needs to have better trained staff at front desk. Tried in different times, girls were very nice but also extremely incompetent

The hotel is inside a mall and access to it was very confusing, also only a side door is open at night with very minimal security, it felt weird to go in and out at night. Other than that it was nice and clean. Also, walls are soooooo thin, I literally heard the next door people doing the thing in the morning… 😅
