We stayed at Banyan Tree a few years back and staff were fabulous. This time round the place was understaffed and it took a long long time for us to finally get checked in, our room wasn't very clean as HK team had to rush, we even waited 20 minutes for a buggy! For a 5 star hotel with this price tag this is not something the management should ignore. But the staff were polite and tried their best to do everything they can. Overall we were not impressed with our stay at all.
