No control over room temperature, no heating in the bathroom...

3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Helpful staff and great breakfast

We had a comfortable, clean well kept room. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and the train/ bus station was a short walk away. We will stay there again on our next visit!

Many different disappointments. First tried to talk to the hotel through hotels.com message and phone and noone answers at all. Checked in and the sofa bed was not made for the kids, we made it and it was very dirty under it and we had to move it to fit in the room 216, so the dirt was around. We had an old room that furniture need to be refreshed. Bed and sofa bed in a very poor conditions and extremely small TV. After a long day out we come back and no cleaning. I see only pictures of nice and new rooms and no pictures of other rooms, so be aware. Breakfast was good.

Nothing Special Over priced for what it was. Family room was small and cramped. One pillow and a ordinary breakfast. Staff where unsure how it access the parking garage ( yes you need your room key)

Great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station and the center of town. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. No air conditioning, but it was cool enough with the window open. Definitely would stay again

Nice hotel, close to downtown in Linköping. It's posible to find street parking if you don't want to use the rather pricy hotel garage. Breakfast was nice, and well adapted to the situation with Covid now. Rooms comfortable. However no coffee machine or water boiler. Small gym, but clean

We had to change rooms because of water pipe noise and were put in a room overlooking a busy street where truck noise started at 6:00am. On the last night our neighbour was talking until 1:00am and we called the reception twice. The hotel was run down and honestly so were the staff

Have stayed here several times before and it was just as good this time. Had a larger room with a pull out bed. The bathroom was much larger than any I’ve had while here so that was great. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. The Hotels.com app shows a swimming pool but there is not one at this location.

Food stay. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. I would recommend it to others who’ve are visiting Linköping.

Trevligt hotel. Bra läge. Trevlig serviceinriktad personal. Skulle önska mer varierad frukost.

Personalen var trevlig, rummet helt ok men wc/dusch väldigt slitet.

En övernattning tillsammans med vänner i samband med ett musikevenemang. Mycket trevlig vistelse med supertrevlig, glad och välkomnande personal i alla yrkeskategorier. Vi kände oss verkligen väl omhändertagna från första stund.

Rummet låg på första våningen med fönster ut mot gatan. Under kvällen och långt fram på natten, till ca 02-03 stod lastbilar utanför fönstret med fullt arbete och maskiner igång. Mycket störande, inga kommentarer från receptionen. Opersonligt mottagande vid receptionsdisken, ingen ansats till personligt bemötande. Få utrymmen för soffgrupper/fåtöljer i lobbyn, fanns mest bord och stolar för matgäster. Bra personal i baren, här fanns en personlig ansats. Gratulerar! Rummet rent men opersonligt, saknar någon som ansträngt sig för att ge det en personlig prägel. Bra att det finns cyklar att låna eller hyra. Tyvärr är cyklarna av anskrämlig kvalitet, men det går ju att cykla, med lite god vilja. Det är bra! Frukostmatsalen är ett mycket vackert rum, härligt. Blir tyvärr väldigt mycket springande innan man lyckats plocka till sig av allt gott som erbjuds. Det laktosfria hittade jag först när jag skulle lämna frukosten, trots att jag frågat personalen efter det. Okunskap är inte hela världen, det jobbas bort successivt… Jag kommer inte återkomma till Frimurarehotellet i Linköping, jag gillade det inte alls. Tyvärr är min erfarenhet att mina klagomål i grund och botten är en ledningsfråga, ledningen för hotellet har inte förmågan att få sin personal att ta ett steg fram och våga vara personliga på ett professionellt sätt. Utan personligt engagemang blir Frimurarhotellet bara ett tomt skal, vackert, med stolt historia, men utan själ. Tycker och hälsar Jimmy Andersson
