No ocean view

The whole resort is amazing as soon as you enter the front lobby. The vibe and outmosphere is fantastic.They have theme nights, and the disco is lit with their music every night. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. The staff are amazing, that's why we keep coming back. The housekeepers, battenders, servers, and gardeners always have a smile on their faces. We always get relaxing massages at the spa. We have great experiences every time we come. We are booked for November. We can't compare the resort anywhere else. The guests and staff are friendly.

The hotel has excellent staff. It is clean overall, but the older section requires renovation. Food overall was good.

What a unique place for couples. You can be by yourself or have fun with others if that’s your thing. Great food fabulous atmosphere and great people. We will be back again!

Cons first = definitely not enought partying. Most days besides 2 are a snoozefest at the pool. Why have a quiet pool if the party pool is also boring? The party team tries but no way is it anywhere near their other resort with the different name!! If they just bring it up a few more days poolside then i would return but as of now we wont be returning. And yes we went there fully knowing what it is and yes there was some things going on, mostly at night, but still a snoozefest! And if you enjoy working out as we did 4 days - the gym is pretty sad. I grew tired of having to manipulate machines just to get a workout in. So so glad i didnt give them the time or day to try to sell me membership! Pros = Amazing staff, clean for the most part but most people are dirty themselves walking around barefoot and walking into restrooms that way then coming back into the pool! They need to have someone posted at the restrooms and enforce wearing flip flops! Food is ok, mostly fine. Dont try to eat sushi in mexico lol. For the most part it was just a regular vacation, nothing special here. Go to a regular adults only, its the same and save your money. We wanted to leave after the 3rd day.

This is the best lifestyle friendly resort that we have seen! Since the rentals have been completed, it is now modern and high class in the new section.

Very accommodating even after a misunderstanding at check in. Went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Manager came and resolved the problem and made sure we were happy.

The vibe was great! Service was impeccable and the playmakers were awesome. It was sooooo much fun.
