I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anyone it was so dirty disgusting and the smell my goodness also the staff so rude

Trouble service

They denied me my stay when I got there! I was trying to check in and they told me my reservation didn’t exist! I booked through Expedia and eventually found out that someone else had canceled the reservation without my knowledge. I explained my case to the staff—no luck. I tried getting a refund—still no luck yet. Don’t go here. It’s an unsafe neighborhood anyway.

Pool unavailable week of July 4th.

NO wifi.

No customer service at all. Staff is super rude. And police show up while trying to get room key. Ghetto as can be kind of place

Very nice place located within walking distance of known landmarks and the the hop on hop off buses.

Very central to everything, nice and clean room. Comfy beds and great breakfast options.

The hotel offers grab and go breakfast which is more than adequate along with a $6 special. Two restaurants on site both pretty good. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable

It was a good experience. When we arrived, everything was clean, everything was tidy, and the service was great. My only complaint is that the pool closes very early. But other than that, I would stay here again.

The room was updated and perfect for the few nights we stayed. This is one of the only motels that has been updated, but still has the OC motel feel. Staff were extremely nice.

Choosing to stay downtown OC it is loud outside and if you have people above you you will hear them walking around. Pool was a place to cool off. Very close to boardwalk.

Property was clean, staff were nice and even had dunkin donuts and coffee for the guests, which I thought was lovely and personable!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was a little difficult, but one of the staff members helped me get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, it smelled good, but had a couple flies.

The liner on the bed are staned, the night lamp was something improvised, there no room cleaning

I come from out of town to say here and the hotel room was dirty they had roaches no blankets and didn’t wanna give me my refund

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear the place had not been properly cleaned in a long time. There were dirty towels, visible dirt and grime on the floors, smears on the walls, and most disturbingly, bugs in the bed. To top it off, we found an undisclosed object of an unidentifiable shape in the freezer – completely unacceptable. Trying to address these issues with the front desk turned into another nightmare. It took a full argument just to get refunded for one night, despite the condition of the room being completely uninhabitable. On top of the filth, the property felt incredibly unsafe. We were chased to our room twice by a homeless individual wandering the property, and ended up sleeping with chairs pushed against the door just to feel a shred of security. Save yourself the stress, health risk, and potential danger. Do not stay here.
