Internet never worked in my room. You have to request room service, towels etc. one day in advance.

Belle endroit. Bien situé. Lit confortable. Peu de débit d'eau dans la douche. Le déjeuner est ok mais sans plus.

It is a very quiet hotel and no noise from outside. very clean. Our room was great and clean, bathroom was beautiful and the kids liked it. Breakfast was warm and fresh, however suggesting to brew coffee in the morning in case some one did not like to use that coffee machine as the coffee taste was not that good, Overall it is a good hotel to stay.

Nice room. The breakfast was not great. They did not replenish until asked.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The amenities were nice, the pool was warm and the hot tub was great. Exercise room was well equipped. The rooms were recently renovated and were very nice.

Great location just down the street from the Burlington GO station which enabled to easily travel in and out of Toronto for a concert. Toronto hotels are much more expensive. The room appeared to have been recently updated. Breakfast included is always appreciated.

It’s a pleasure to say that this property is one of the best hotels we have stayed in a very long time!! It’s very friendly, respectful, along with staff that are very, very polite & respectful. The rooms themselves are also clean and tidy, with lots of pillows, large fluffy towels. Thank you Best Western for a wonderful stay again, you are the best.

We had a one night stay to attend an event in town. Reception was friendly and efficient and later came up to our room because we couldn't figure out the tv. Everything was just as expected and I would stay there again.

Great room for the price. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast was a good spread, well stocked, and good amount of seating. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, lots of towels and other items provided. Bathroom was in good condition. Wifi worked well. Close to QEW and Burlington GO, so easy to get around. Overall a good room and facilities for the price.

Great place, clean rooms, great service, and loved the pool and jacuzzi!

Even though the elevators were not working (waiting for a part), the front desk staff was very accommodating and took our luggage up to the third floor. The hotel is being renovated and will be very clean/modern. Good stay, no complaints at all.

Only issue was that i could not connect to the internet of the hotel for work as the network is considered public and my work does not accept this type of connection. The rest was excellent and above!

Perhaps improving on sheets...were not very form fitting , would gather and get rather uncomfortable...

The room was beautifully updated and very clean. We were so happy with the space. Unfortunately when I went to the washroom in the middle of the night I saw a cockroach on the counter. Made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the night.
