Under new management and not very friendly Staff. No one wanted to be working only try and sell me a cheap timeshare. We have stayed here many times and never had such a horrible experience

Staff when they are cleaning. They have to see any tea and coffee service need to check. To put more there . Also from the beginning mirrors never cleaned.

Friendly staffing, my kids had a great vacation.

Pool area and game room was fantastic. Fun, clean, helpful staff there. Front entrance grounds are very pretty. My sister enjoyed the restaurant (I didn’t get a chance to try). All that said, the room had the space we needed for a good price… but it really needed a deep clean, some paint, some drywall work around the poorly installed can lights. I would pay a little more to come back to a room that was a little fresher. Walking barefoot on the carpet turned our feet black so we kept our shoes on when not in bed, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, chipped paint in the bathroom, empty body wash bottles in shower. Housekeeping only comes if you request it, which is fine, but I think illustrates where they have cut costs to offer such a low price. My sister had a room in another building and hers seemed better, so I don’t know that all rooms were like ours. It seems a lot of effort goes into the communal spaces, but less into the rooms.

Customer service was horrible. Would not recommend this place to family, friends or even a stranger.

Pool Balcony 5/5⭐️ • Safe, semi-private, large balcony. • Lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waterfall. • Very peaceful. Maintenance 4/5⭐️ • They arrive very quickly and get right to work. Were hppy to replace items when needed and requested. • They lost a star bc I witnessed 2 of the guys consciously avoid opening the door for people struggling with luggage and an elderly woman. Both instances occured while they were waiting for the elevator to arrive right in the lobby steps from said door. The other guys have all been great. Pool & Outdoor Resort Cleanliness 5/5⭐️ • Extremely clean and comfortable. Room Cleanliness 3/5 • Our first 2/2 Suite was very dirty, included in this were the floors, sheets, bedding, pillows, blankets, sofa, kitchen faucet, shower heads, tub spout. We had to continually request new towels and sheets bc although they were always brought with lightening speed, one of every 2 items had visible dirt on them. • Our new 2/2 Suite is much more clean. Overall 4/5⭐️ • If you want quiet, privacy, space, reliable caring security guards and a safe place to park your car, this will not disappoint.

This was our second stay at this hotel and our stay was great! The reason for my “4” on service is because we asked for housekeeping one day and they only brought extra towels I requested and took the garbage. When I asked to borrow a broom, the housekeeper, who was cleaning next door, didn’t seem to want to let me use it.

My favorite stay cation place! Super Family friendly and very budget friendly with spacious rooms!

We love staying at this property it clean and affordable

The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool area is really clean and they have plenty of life guards . The only thing is the housekeeping was not done after we ask numerous times . No one came during the 4 days we stayed there besides when we ask for more clean towels and toilet paper . They would just drop off the items by the front door . They charge a service fee for cleaning but no one came for house keeping .

There was a little hiccup with the first room I was assigned in the 5th Blg. However since it was a few hours before the 4pm check in time Irina and Alejandra was able to assign and prepare a different room in blg 2 for us. This was perfect and my family enjoyed our time together. Thank you to Irina, Alejandra, and Mr. Roberto who made us feel very welcomed.

What happen to this place? We have come here every year for the past 8 years for end of school year staycation, this will definitely be our last. Not sure when all the changes took place (according to front desk gal) “last month” but they have gone way overboard and the cleanliness has completely tanked. Our room was disgusting and many other things from checking in procedures, parking passes, pool availability and the list goes on. Stop doing what you’re doing, it’s gonna cost you.

Loved it! I love having two bedrooms. So spacious and clean. The pool area was great! Definitely will be coming back.
