Nice hotel in the heart of zona colonial

Great location

I love this place I don’t have anything negative to say! The staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and well kept! This hotel is in the best spot in the zona colonial it’s walking distant to all the best spots!

The staff is very friendly and educated! The property is small but for couples is perfect the hotel comfy and very clean

Location is 10/10. Friendly staff. The only issue I had was the shower was a little finicky.

It needs maintenance and better cleaning. It needs painting and replacing the electrical outlets.

The safe in the room was inoperable and they refused to change me to another room.I had to carry my passport and all my cash at all times whenever I left the room.I know that there were other rooms available when I arrived at the hotel.

My experience with my booking for this property was one of the worst experiences I have ever had traveling. I arrived with my wife and 2 year old daughter at 8pm on 3/7 to check in for my reservation. They told me they were sold out and had transferred me over to an alternate hotel nearby. I was never emailed, called, or texted. I showed up to front desk with all of our bags just to be told we had to go to another hotel. With all of the traffic in this area it took us over an hour to reach the hotel which was 2 blocks away but we had to go around in circles and down one way streets before finally getting there. The room there was small and not the accommodation we were looking for. We left and paid for another hotel 20 minutes away. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Beware if you have a booking here make sure to call them ahead of time or day of to make sure they will honor it and not send you to alternative hotel. Never going back after this.
