Bathroom tub was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky

The price and location to the airport was good. The bed and pillows were absolutely horrible.

Elevator was out of service which made getting my bags up the stairs to my second floor room more difficult.

Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy parking and very close to the airport. I recommend this hotel for easy access to the Midland airport. This is an older hotel but the sheets were clean, room was clean and everything worked as expected. Good coffee and enough choices at the breakfast. Plus....breakfast started at 5:30am which was very helpful in our situation.

There isn't much in the area if you want to eat. The staff has poor customer service. The clerk watched me come in and stand at the counter before coming to check me in. Then, my room window faced the pool and when i closed the shade, there is no privacy shade, just the sun shade that allowed the property lights to light my room up like the daytime.

I would never stay in this hotel again. The room seemed clean but needed repairs. There looked to be a leak in the ceiling that was never repaired. The elevators were out of order and appeared to have been for some time. The carpeting is dirty and worn.

The service was excellent and accommodating.

The hotel was great for my trip ideal and close to the airport and the Indian restaurant/food excellent and the bar which has a pool table. Hotel for me 10/10
