The staff was extremely helpful. Property was nice and clean. A little out of the way for me since i didn’t rent a car when going into Madrid

The area is no near any place, however you don’t have to leave. Nice bar and restaurant

staff are friendly, food and drink was good and reasonably priced. It's a bit out of the way from Madrid central, but ok if you have a car

Not helpfull staff

O hotel atende a expectativa, porém fica muito longe do centro de Madrid e não tem transporte público próximo, obrigatoriamente há necessidade de contratar um táxi ou Uber para chegar até a estação de trem mais próxima , Gastano de 10 a 15 EUR e de lá fazer 3 baldeações para se chegar ao centro +- 1h20.

The rooms smell of cigarettes, and the girl who works in the reception is rude. The sheets are so thin so you are basically freezing all night. And the smell in the room is hideous.

It has a clean and spacious room with very good staff attending to you need as soon as possible

The look of the lobby and dinning area was really appealing and made us feel comfortable. Room was clean and nice

Hotel was very nice and clean! A 30 min drive from the city.
