Well the hot water isnt "hot" more like highly luke warm on the 4th floor. Also the air-conditioning wasnt really cold...and there was floot board heat on also. That made it a bit uncomfortable for us,xespecially my husband.

Good area

Close to the airport. Two restaurants (Moxies and Chop) on site. As well as the pool and hot tub. We did have trouble with the shower knobs controlling the temperature and the on/off as it seemed a valve might need replacing.

Coffee pot dirty, shower tap not working properly, and hot water not hot enough.

We got in late put a bunch of food in the fridge only to wake up and find it was broken, the air conditioner didn’t work either . We roughed it out being tired . Went to speak to the front desk in the morning and ask them if they would be willing to give a discount the next time we came through , or an upgrade or perk for the inconvenience and they snubbed it off and were very smug conversing with me . I would have returned to the hotel again if they worked with us but that is now a no go for sure .

The dresser drawers had garbage in them, the counter with the coffee maker was dirty with with dried stuff in it, and the bathroom drain plug was broken off.

10/10 for a cheap hotel by the airport ! Tbh he upgraded all the rooms too!

Great Hotel, shuttle scheduling in the morning was not possible between 4:30 to 6:00. when busy, arrange another shuttle. Front desk person was not receptive when asking her to relay my concerns about the impact this has in catching a flight. Shuttle driver was Awesome !!

We were well received and the room was spectacular! Kind staff and very comfortable beds .

I got to the hotel they had a room for me but no bathtub and need it for medical purposes so they said no problem and had one with a very nice room at no extra charge. THKS Daniel Braun

Great stay after a long day of travelling

Tub dripped all night, was dripping when I arrived and after two nights stay. No breakfast except at Moxies which was lack lustre at the best.

Good rooms. Decent hotel for the price and close to good restaurants.

Stayed there many times, on this occasion our room heat wouldn't shut off, the maintenance man came immediately and re-set it, but still no better so the wonderful front desk staff gave us another room, and an upgrade as well. Super airport shuttle service too!
