Everything and everyone in this hotel was fantastic! Pamela was very helpful, supportive and informative! Highly recommended

The hotel was clean and comfortable—perfect for us while our son was training at the nearby facilities. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. The restaurant/bar area could use a few more staff during busy times, but overall, it was a great experience at a great price. Would stay again!

Nice inexpensive place to stay. Perfect if you're visiting someone at the resort like I was. They serve lunch and dinner at specific times.

A great place to stay

A nice place with nice staff but not full of "Western Comforts" ie; stiff beds and long and lumpy pillows, shuttles to airport and/or day tours, coffee machine in room, shampoo, etc. The property is right next to busy highway, but noise levels are ok. Right next door is a nice resort with restaurant open to the public which is a bonus.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good restaurant, and eco-friendly (first hotel I’ve been to with paper packaging of amenities). Lovely facility.

nice quiet location with pretty grounds to walk around and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool - the set menu dinner in the evening was excellent and fantastic value, can heartily recommend this hotel to you

Really lovely hotel , clean,quiet,nice staff except a language barrier between a few members. Nice location but if you don’t hire a care you are limited to taxis as bus service really bad. Excellent base despite my other comments.

Sounded a great idea to book dinner bed & Breakfast, as this hotel is not near any facilities However the menu looked superb, BUT nope u can only have a small selection, 2 choices per course. We felt so s sorry for our waiter, he asked the chef for a change, allergy to fish, difficult there is a pre wedding reception. Asked just a plate of cold meats NO, We heard the chef shouting & screaming. The restaurant was empty. We had a bottle of superb wine. Food finally served, a for average. Did not appreciate being called the 2 FAT Americans. What would they know. Surprised to hear after we heard this to speak French!! Well breakfast saved the stay & the JMAZING Maria was superb. Would suggest bearing in mind how reasonable the main menu is, Chef do better for dinner.

Pleasant hotel ideally located just off the main road leading into and close to Betera, Valencia. It provides good value for money with friendly and helpful staff. Anyone not familiar with the location of the hotel may find it hard to find. It needs signs from the main highway and clearly marking the car park.

Overall we were very happy with this hotel! It was clean, the service was excellent and the rooms were a good size (as compared to other European hotels we've stayed). We also had a great balcony! The downsides: the towels were stained (probably old mascara?) and had holes, the soap wasn't replenished (we had to ask the cleaning staff for soap twice), and the workout room lacked sufficient equipment, meaning my husband had to get a day pass to a local gym.

I have no major complaints about this place, although there are a few things that could be improved. On arrival the sign for the hotel isn't very visible during daylight, we struggled to find it, also there is no indication about where to park the car (further down the road if driving towards the main motorway). The room could benefit from a lick of paint, specially in the bathroom, also the door to the balcony is difficult to close and the window's door like shutters knock things down that are in the closest night table (they could have traditional wooden shutters that can be opened and closed right in top of the windows instead). The room didn't have a services directory and important phones, an neither had some basic stationery. It also has the problem that the cleaning personnel disable the master switch after cleaning the room, so if one leaves something charging it won;t be charged by the time one gets back to the room. I would not discourage anybody from staying, it is a perfectly fine place, specially in comparison with other establishment in the area which, how to put it politely, cather to some more adventurous guests. I hope they try to up the ante a bit, they could really make this place much better with little more effort.

Hotel is located in a very nice country type area. Not too far from the city if you have have a car. However the hotel is dated, like really rally dated. Its clean but honestly I would compare it to a 2 star motel here in North America. The biggest grief we had was the washroom, specifically the shower, I can get a better shower if was spitting water up in the air. For some reason the water pressure in the rooms is horrible! Breakfast was good, lots of options and you can sit outside
