When we arrived the hotel's "system was down". They could not provide keys and had to take copies of our ID and credit card to be able to do so. Someone had to take us to our room to let us in. The wifi was down for at least 24 hours, if not longer.
The entire staff was kind, polite and very attentive. It was not their fault that the system was down, and they dealt with it as best they could.
