Nice, quiet but good located hotel with good breakfest. Some more amenities would be useful + botteled water in room.

Good location. Very walkable to several sights, shopping and dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel — it was comfortable, with a spacious room and a great location just a 10-minute walk from the main center. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I did notice a few minor issues, such as some dirty marks on the floor and small stains on the bathroom towels, which could be improved. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Hotel was very clean. Convenient for the city centre and facilities. Unfortunately the bar was closed on one night. Can be a little noisy outside the front where the seating is.

We really liked the area. We walked all over and found it to be quite nice.

So I booked a family room ( 3 beds ) and pre paid it was for me and my son only but I wanted a bit more room However when my son checked us in he was told we was going to have a standard twin as there was 2 of us only , unfortunately he used the room before i arrived so we I couldn't really change First time I ever been downgraded Also beware car park charge too they don't tell you it beforehand

2nd stay here and I like this place a lot. Staff is excellent, rooms clean and location good.

Nice modern place to stay. Walking distance to the Altstadt. The only one thing that I can think could be added is a washer/dryer for guests. However, there is a laundromat about 10 min away.

Well From the day 1-4 I did not have a hot water. When I said I don’t have a hot water in my room the front desk person said “we know” And this was the answer for 4 days. I was not even offered a free coffee for the inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice. Only negative was noise from sidewalk seating and park when window open (on second floor). Window closed quite quiet. Convenient walking to pedestrian area and old city.

The hotel location is very good; quiet area; but they should keep maintanence updated.

Perfect accommodation.

The hotel was perfect. Wish I was staying for longer than one night. Very modern, clean, incredibly comfortable, quiet, close to public transit. Absolutely the place to stay in Hannover!

Due to the covid we were moved to the city branch and not all our information was carried across they thought we had a room for one when it was two and a dog. But great location and staff were so welcoming to us and great location would stay again

Fine but not great. Very small bed, banal decor, bad location. Good breakfast. Better off at motelone but there isn't one in Hanover.

Great hotel in a great location for the Xmas Markets which was the reason for our visit.
