Good breakfast, good size rooms for family of 5. Bathroom needs a little work

Stayed overnight. Room was clean. Swam. Heated pool was nice. Saw some sites. Slept well! Had breakfast..a good variety to choose from. Was very happy with this place and the staff was friendly. Will stay again.

We had to switch rooms after checking in. Tv wasn't functioning right. Then we left for the day and key didn't work. However staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Shiloh. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good. We had a really big snowstorm during my stay. I noticed the staff really focused on keeping the floors clean, dry, and safe.

The hotel was nice enough for a quick overnight. However, we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, the TV didn't work (thank goodness for free wifi) and the phone didn't work to call the front desk to let them know. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed
