Staff is really friendly. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is spot on perfect!

I was chatged an adional 150 for incidentals ,I understand they need to charge something but that sems a bit much . Plus when I read the website it stated free parking with valdation that was not the case ,I had to $71 follets to park

We didn’t get the room we reserved. The clerk was rude.

We couldn't even check in. Our reservation was cancelled without notice after attempting to charge a credit card on file before our arrival. A manager called, but did not leave a voice mail so I had no idea who it was. Absolutely ridiculous.

Quick and efficient

I was on a work trip this past October 11 and the front desk person made my check in experience very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed as I usually use your hotels when I do work trips since in other states the service and amenities are great.
