Great stay

It is located in front of a highway, not convenient for business...

Very convenient area for shopping and restaurants. Parking lot is not that great, always full due to sharing parking lot with shopping plaza.

Good hotel , very friendly and it was a pleasant stay

Hotel overall was good, however, the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Incredible staff, from the check in / concierge counter to restaurant waitresses/ waiters. The hotel’s location is super convenient. Definitely staying again at Four Points Galerias.

Todo muy bien, check in rapido, habitación y alberca muy limpios, desayuno incluido rico, en general buen hotel, lo unico es que le vendría bien tener un frigobar en los cuartos

Good place to stay

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable—but on the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, right across from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. However, if you’re looking for more authentic food and local experiences, this might not be the best fit.

I liked staying here. The are feels super safe. It’s a super convenient location. Shopping, dinning are within walking distance

We had an excelllent stay. Our booking included a la cart breakfast and convenient parking in a great location. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern and clean. There was much water pressure in the shower and sink (water can be an issue in certain parts of Monterrey). All in all, great place to stay.
