Walking distance to centre of Limoges. Comfy bed and very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities which were much appreciated. Secure parking by arrangement. Lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was convenient, and most staff were friendly and helpful. However, the lack of a basin that held water made shaving difficult for my husband and we were unable to get tea bags for the room(had to borrow from my son). SO - for the cost of the room, average really

Bathroom had a sewer smell, and the room smelled of either paint or new materials but we were so tired from a very long drive, we still crashed in it. We had to keep the window open through the night. We wanted to use the parking but it is strictly by reservation and we did not remember seeing either the option or the notification to do so on Expedia at booking time. Personnel was pleasant and breakfast offering was on par with a Best Western brand.

The room was specious and clean. Nice view from the 6th floor. Horrible experience parking our car. The parking is tight and requires turning around of the car in an area that have maybe 10 inch in front and 10 inches in the back. It took close to 20 min to turn the car 180 degrees to be able to park

Celine the Reception/Manager whose multi tasking saved the day. The hotel is overpriced and understaffed. The pricing of the meals was excessive for the amount received. Finding an uncleared breakfast table was unwelcome as was the poor selection for the price

Hotel was very close to the city centre, but we had chosen a bank Holiday to stay so everywhere else was closed, no bars or restaurnats opened. Just unfortunate timing.

Overall a nice stay, room is clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely, really polite and helpful. It's only lost a star for me because the gym isn't really a gym, it's a treadmill and cross trainer in reception but the treadmill wasn't even working during my stay. Also it would have been helpful for the hotel to provide instructions on where the parking is as I struggled to locate it, and this made arrival to the hotel a little stressful.

The hotel was central to the city for 3 night stay. Parking at the hotel was good but a surcharge per night. Plenty of places to eat in easy walking distance. Very good stay.
