We had a King bed with only 3 pillows, did call down for more but there should have been more. The most irrating thing was the wifi, there was little to no service which was frustrating as I did have a few business things i had to attend to. However the staff was very good and helpful

Poor wifi

It was as expected.

Just a one night personal visit to Edmonton. First time at this hotel. Checked in at 9PM. Room COLD, so I turned AirCon to 25C and went for a walk.20 min later, room had not warmed up-called front desk. 5 min a worker arrived, adjusted A/C which worked for about 45 min. My wife went to bed. A/C shifted back to refrigeration and I called desk again. Worker had gone home. They had to move us to a different room after 11PM. Not a restful night. Poor maintenance and a poor first impression.

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

Restaurant choices were lacking Otherwise quiet with comfortable beds and good a/c

I've stayed here before and dealt with Subin again at the desk, who's great. My only issue was allergy problems and feel the room needed vacuuming better, but it's a common problem with hotels and pollen comes in through the vents. I used the gym and hot tub - nice to have. Lots of parking and in a good location. Fairly quiet. I'll go back. Much better than the DoubleTree on Jasper that I stayed in the night before!

Convenient and close to West Ed mall. Staff always friendly and accommodating.

Bed are really comfortable and its always a pleasant stay every time we are there. We are already planning our next stay.
