Can't quite figure out if if property has seen better times and is past its heyday, or if was always meant to be a middle of the road hotel that looked grand. Peeling paint, chipped glasses, stained carpets, and chipped counters suggest less than stellar care and upkeep. The staff seem indifferent to guests, not smiling, or acknowledging them. The impression is that guests are an imposition on their day. The food at the buffet is a solid 3.4 out of 5. Edible but nothing special. Having said that, the pool area is very nice, the location is good, and the rooms are a nice size. I would stay thete again, but now i know what to expect and the price wiuld have to be below there competitors.

Wonderful staff, expansive resort style hotel in Marrakech. About a 30 minute walk from the Souk in Marrakech, this is an incredible hotel. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, good breakfast, surprisingly good pizza restaurant (hey, we were exhausted and had had tajine 13 days in a row!). Three pools, parking, just not things we were expecting in a hotel in Marrakech.

The staff was not helpful we had hard time finding our room, once we got to the room waited for our luggages they had forgotten to bring our luggage in the room I had to call and ask them .breakfast was not good No one is there to guide you where to go and how to go places When u ask question the reception is saying wait till concealer comes

We stayed here for one night before my wife’s transport to Marathon des Sables. The hotel was very comfortable and was a very different experience from staying in the medina - it’s like a different world. It was nice to experience the modern side of Marrakech.

Not 5st

Nice pool but dreadful service from pretty much all staff from start til finish. Quite tired and definitely NOT 5*! More of a large format old conference centre hotel. Breakfast was inedible.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and good. The carpets were bit outdated. The restaurant was not very good. the bar was ok. the breakfast was good.

Very aesthetic hotel but it’s slightly over crowded. Lots of families come here with their small children so definitely family friendly.

Lovely hotel with very nice facilities. We very much enjoyed the clean and inviting pool area, the restaurants were great and the overall feeling was calm and relaxing

The hotel was great. Very nice swimming pools, clean room, and close to shopping. I enjoyed staying there. Also the food was excellent.

The property is huge but very clean. Wonderful breakfast, lots of options. However when we asked for more tea bags and milk for our room we were told it is chargeable, despite there being a kettle in the room. The three nights we were there, they never filled the showrer gel bottle. All the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpets on our floor lookef dated and old Good location, easy walk to the souks and Medina. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Overall we would definitely go again.

Old furniture and careless staff

The property itself was nice, but front desk staff were very short and rude. As an example, I realized on my first morning that the coffee set up (ie, mugs, packets of instant coffee and tea, sugars) was missing something to heat water with. I called the front desk to request one (politely) and was told they would send one “right away.” At least 30 min later, I called again to see if they might have gotten the wrong room; again, I was told that would send one “right away.” Another 30 min later passed, so I called one last time, and I was given the same reply. I requested clarification, asked if there was some way I could assist (e.g., pick one up), and also asked if there was a way I could get a coffee in the meantime (breakfast had passed). She replied in a very exasperated tone, “we are not room service”…and then she hung up on me. (!!) I was there 4 nights, and I figured it wasn’t worth my effort to ask again after the first morning. But then a kettle appeared the evening before check out. And….it was broken! I can’t help but feel that was intentional. If you are looking for “5-star” service, this hotel is not going to be the one. (P.s. this is my first negative review ever.)

Good

I asked for a twin room when I made the reservation. When I checked in I was given a king-size bed. I had to go back to the reception to change to another room. Only 1 key card worked even though I was given two. Still didn’t work even after I have got it fixed in the reception. The AC didn’t work and I called reception many times, half the times they didn’t pick up the phone. I went down and asked for a fix for 3 times but they never sent a technician even though they said they would. There wasn’t many amenities in the room. Had to ask for slippers and dental kits but I expected they would already be in the room given this is a 5-star hotel.
