A lovely room; gorgeous wall mural piece and nicely designed. Sadly a few of the lights and plugs did not work so we had only one plug for tech charging, which made things interesting. Comfortable bed and great bathroom as well. Breakfast was brilliant if a tad expensive. It is a small space but it has been designed perfectly and there is something for everyone. Fantastic breakfast staff. The rooftop isn’t good and despite it being “open” it was not set up, which was a shame. In all, a good hotel in the centre of Madrid with easy access to many sights.

Great stay. Great Location. Comfortable room. The only thing is the bad smell of the bathroom

The staff is not too friendly. The place has its issues and some inconveniences that we had to experience. Not saying that everybody’s gonna go through the same things, but for us it wasn’t what we expected.

Es un lugar pequeño pero muy confortable y bien ubicado. La habitación muy pequeña, pero bueno, es Europa. Lo más rescatable es que está muy bien situado, cerca del metreo, de restaurantes, del 4 seasons y de la Plaza del Sol. Muy caminable y seguro. Taxis y camiones en minutos, y que el servicio fue excelente de todos quienes trabajan. Muy probablemente me volvería a quedar ahí.

They were doing construction on the room next to my room. They didn’t notify me and they worked all day which definitely didn’t allow me sleep. Overall it’s a good hotel but they should’ve never give me a room next to constructions

Very Nice hotel centered in the historic area of Madrid. Within easy walking distance to all of the attractions. When I arrived I was not feeling well and inquired about a local physician. They informed me they had a physician on call and to wait in my room for a phone call. Within a hour there was a knock on my door and the physician paid a house call. 30 minutes later, I was at the local pharmacy picking up a antibiotic. I am very thankful to them for the over the top service and assistance I’d highly recommend this hotel

I was given what i imagine to be their smallest room on a lower level, ac is old an aparently doesnt cool enough, no smart tv and worst the wifi sucks..so overall i would not be staying here as htere are far superior hotels for less money.
