1. Property is unsafe, Backdoor always open: lock doesn't work.
2. We stayed for 2 nights. After staying for a night, we asked for room service to clean and change the towels. The front desk lady rudely told us that this is a self-service hotel and they do not clean the room. After contacting Expedia, she retracted and said she assumed we were staying for one night. She promised service, but that service was not performed till 4 hours later.
3. Also, the lady contacted other guests and shared the incident, which is a strict violation fo Privacy.
I want Expedia to have a full investigation of this property and consider removing it from their portal.
