Excellent hotel. Modern, clean and good service. Breakfast was lovely and they even cleaned my windscreen complimentary while parked. Wow! Thank you!

Great hotel near shopping

The room is ultra basic, with no kettle or coffee machine. The bathroom is actually quite beautiful. It's just unfortunate about the strong smell of sewage water that was sometimes present in it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very welcoming & quiet & effecient, nice bar area with friendly staff, rooms very clean, although our room faced an inner courtyard, which wasnt a pleasant view & we couldn't draw the curtains as being over looked on all 3 sides. Had breakfast in the Hotel on one morning, bit disappointing, quality of food was not that great for the price, 16 Euros each & wouldn't go back, but overall a nice stay

Staff super friendly and very helpful, the area around the hotel feels safe but not nice or convenient to walk around , the hotel needs maintenance and renovation, the room is comfortable & plenty space !! The parking is a good deal right at the basement.

We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning.

The hotel room we stayed at was very nice and we had enough room for our family. However, the WiFi was on the slower side, and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of this, I would highly rate this hotel.

I would never stay here. We actually checked out as soon as we went to the room. Old, dingy, humid. Rock hard beds, stench of mold.

Average, there is not a reason to staying there

The air conditioning was supposedly working fine but our room got more humid the longer our stay progressed as well as hot. We all had to sleep above the sheets with a window open. Bathrooms have been remodeled to look modern and new but this is an old hotel and it shows when you pay attention. Staff at the front desk were very nice but just not a great hotel. Seek elsewhere.

People are very kind and helpful. A few things should be improved, for example the phone never worked during our stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel Silken. The spaciousness of my room was quite appealing. The shower was roomy with a raintree head and water pressure was very good. Checkin was quick. The hotel did not have bell service, self service with a wheel cart to transport my luggage to my room. No biggy though. Hotel staff were helpful and attentive. Room had a mini fridge, toiletries, and good smelling liquid soap and shampoo. Breakfast was included with hot/cold dishes; fruits and pastries. All with good selections. Coffee, teas, espresso and milk & yogurts. The area was more residential but a few stores & markets were near by. I ate at a wonderful Asian cafe around the corner from the hotel. Public buses near by and the no. 4 takes you to the center of town and to the beach. All wonderful. Oh on Monday there is an open flea market, things are so cheap and good quality. I would stay again.

We’ve been travelling around Portugal and Spain for the past month and have been staying at various hotels. (Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel was great, especially the lovely lady who checked us in who was friendly, professional and helpful. (Also convenient the staff spoke English). The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and updated, bed and pillows very comfortable. 20 min walk to historic town and heart of Valencia. Would stay again and recommend it. Our friends we’re travelling with also agree this hotel was one of our favourites during our trip.
