Really friendly and family oriented hotel. Breakfast was standout and to look forward to. Well connected with trains, and buses. Fantastic and great value supermarket just next door. Large park to enjoy just 15 minutes away.

Not sure how it’s 4 star! Not much in tres cantos, building work going on while I was there which they should let you know.

Right next to Tres Cantos train station which made it getting to Madrid city centre efficient. Average time to get to the city centre is around 30-45 mins which is the only downside but for the price it was worth it. Right next to a big grocery market, made getting snacks and drinks or meals super easy. Very friendly front desk staff

Great location if you need to catch a train or catch a taxi. Good service at the hotel Lovely cafe down the road for a cake and a coffee. Our room was opposite the lift, so alot of noise from door banging. Clean rooms but an own little kettle and coffee or tea would have been nice 🤔 Thank you anyway for our short stay, and we will stay again.

Hassan and everyone in the front desk were super nice. Good thing about this property u have a mini grocery store and the metro system right next door. Anything for your needs, pharmacy neighborhood cafes etc. The taxis are always close by when u need them.

We were given two twin beds and couldn’t really sleep together. Staff was nice enough but we found the price too expensive for a night without breakfast. At Marriott for $10 we enjoyed amazing buffet breakfast.

Rooms were hot as they did not operate AC in this time frame

Exceptional value, clean and secure. Quick train ride to sightsee. Would definitely stay there again. Madrid is beautiful.

Right next to the Renfe train station. You can take the train to Madrid every 30 mins and be there in 30 mins. Super safe town, people are so much nicer than in Madrid. The staff was somewhat indifferent, but I guess it’s cultural. Customer service is not to die for anywhere in Europe.

Good hotel with very kind staff. if you visit Madrid, is far from the city, but if Tres Cantos is your target, it is a great option

This was a very nice small hotel. I loved the patio area to sit and relax. We were on the 3rd floor no elevator but had a beautiful rooftop deck right off our room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. If you are looking for any kind of night life this is not the hotel for you.

Convenient business hotel near train station

Had to stay in this area for business related purposes. TV was not working, shower sprays horizontaly towards the wall (not just in my room, we were three). Otherwise service was ok and room proper according to the price.

The staff is very friendly but I think the room comfort, size and decoration is below the average for a 4 * hotel. Good location for Tres Cantos local amenities, and besides the train station to go to Madrid downtown.
