5 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff, service, amenities, food, drinks, etc; all on POINT! A special shout out to Evi, who greeted us with such kindness & professionalism, and set the tone for the entire stay. Will not be staying anywhere else when I return to Mykonos!

Good location, very comfortable but small room with tiny balcony. Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Pool staff quite slow and ignored guests unless they were near to the restaurant…..a suggestion is they come round and ask more often if guests would like drinks etc……

The staff was extremely friendly and amazing the whole stay.

The property was so clean and and the staff was incredible! The beach was a 3 minute walk and it had beautiful, clean white sand and lots of restaurants/bars alongside. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious and it had a large variety. Definitely would recommend!

This was not a vacation, it was an experience of a lifetime. The entire staff from the Concierge to the Chef at Efisia was a work of customer service excellence. I don't have anything to compare this to. The spa and the gym were private and part of my experiences. They make you feel like you are at the best place Mykonos has to offer. 5 stars at least!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The Customer Service is top notch. I liked everything about this hotel, the food, the pool, the area , the spa and I would definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Mykonos.

This Hotel was the best! Great location and excepetional staff, especially Antonis he was always helpful and with a huge smile. This hotel was clean, and the food was amazing. I will recommend this hotel toeveryone who will be staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our room and the hotel, especially the fitness center, pool, and restaurant. It’s very walkable, the staff arranges transportation quickly, and next to 2 beaches with a few min walk.

The service was above par. The dinner was absolutely incredible. Everything we got was explained in detail to us and our wine glasses were least full. I was a little under the weather one day, so I stayed in. The walls can be a little thin if you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, zero complaints.

Great Hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. Lovely little touches such free ice cream by pool in the afternoon. Delicious cocktails and lovely food. Really refreshing that all the guests were really considerate with no one reserving beds !!!

I loved everything about this property, as this was my second time here. One front desk employee with a terrible attitude upon check in: Jacqueline - she was not friendly, did not do her best to accommodate us, and almost ruined our entire stay. Thanks to her manager who fixed the situation, and to the rest of the staff who was absolutely incredible, we were able to enjoy our stay.
