The hotel is at a wonderful location, with lake view from my room. I stayed at the cabin section, and the room is super spacious. The only improvement would be the breakfast, as the selection isn't particularly wide, but the food available is tatsy.

All the staff was welcoming and friendly. All so very helpful. I would happily stay again. I would plan another vacation to Chile because of my experience at this hotel.

Great views of the lake and volcanoes

Very comfortable, elegant "rustic" large hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable room. Some interpretative advertising in terms of views...Were offered room with view of lake and instead had a view on a very large pine tree which completely obstructed view (would have appreciated heads up and offer to relocate at time of check-in, prior to unpacking) Hotel did offer alternate accommodation when we expressed our disappointment but we had already unpacked and chose in the end not to move. Otherwise, staff very friendly. Property impeccably clean and quiet. Would recommend.

Awesome view, nice people, and great location. The bathroom was the only part that felt “run down” but everything else was great!

Charming hotel in a nice area with lots to do. Has a really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is that the rooms were hot and hard to cool down, and there was a dog next door that barked all night long.

Nice hotel with great views. Spacious rooms that are a bit 70s in a good way. Has character and great breakfasts. But no private beach as listed. I miss the sauna they had a few years ago. But you can book a private hot tub. Not really the same as it limits one’s freedom. But that’s the trend everywhere.

Amazing service from Carlos at front desk. He did everything he could to accommodate us. Such a great asset for the hotel. Great customer service and always with a smile on his face!!! Thank you!

This is not generally the style of hotel that I like, I prefer a smaller more intimate venue. However, it was impeccably clean, very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. I ended up needing to extend my stay due to being sick, and the hotel, despite being very booked went to some trouble to accommodate me. The views were spectacular. The rooms were quiet. I highly recommend.

Me encantó el hotel! Muy acogedor, muy bien ubicado, rico desayuno y el staff muy amable. La vista es maravillosa. Lo único que se podría mejorar es que las habitaciones no tienen cortinas black-out, por lo que es dificíl dormir por la luz en la mañana.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the centre of town is picturesque but the roads are a bit rough in places in town

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my stay here. The location is great and the views of the lake are spectacular. Service and food are excellent! I will be back again soon.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Accommodation was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had drinks and dinner on one night. Very nice but service sometimes slow

Staff was wonderful. Great property. Indoor pool & jacuzzi. They speak ok English too. Restaurant & bar in hotel. Great views of the lago. Would stay again.
