Housekeeping forgot to clean the room. When I called reception: they sent a guy with 2 towels. I settled for the towels since I was too tired that day from work.

This property is not far from the airport.

The best option you can find, Pisina, Bar, Restaurant, ECT.

Great staff

Checked in around 8pm. Reported broken ac around 10pm after we gave it time to run a while. Late response from maintenance on broken ac. Took over 3 hours to try to fix the ac with very poor communication as to what was happening or wrong. I was told at least 3 times that he would be about 15 mins but we did not hear back until and hour or so each time. Finally gave us the option to move to a different unit with a working ac at 2am but it would be a downgrade from our jr suite which we accepted with the understanding that we would be issued a credit/refund for the downgraded room level. It has now been weeks and the hotel refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for our inconvenience.

Excellent customer cervice! The property is in a very convenient area to where i wanted to visit. Definitely will visit again.

Employees at check in not friendly at all!! Frida( in training) Caleb did have a welcoming word, the lobby was hot, no a/c

The hotel is one of the better ones but isvshoeing some wear. The showerhead was a bit clogged due calcium or mineral buildup. The sink at one time would have been nice but had cracks in it....a shame. Everything else was fine in the room, the hallway had a slight musky smell, but tolerable.

Hot weekend, cleaning lady said pool was available, and reception said it was closed, the only negative cause my boy wanted to swing out there, checin, room, AC and check out easy and fast. Safe and comfortable stay
