Check-in was a little bit slower than I was hoping for with 2 kids, but very professional and friendly. Property is well taken care of and its not often that hotel hallways and rooms smell that good.

The pool was gross. There were hair clumps all over the bottom of the pool and a black ring of dirts around the hot tub. Will not stay there again

The staff was horrible. Under trained rude and the creeps at the pool picking in 10 year kids for having fun was ridiculous.

Poor heating in main lobby, wind blows right through the main floor freezing out guests and staff. Rest of the hotel was well managed and taken care of. Comfortable stay

The staff was very pleasent. We had a family gathering and they were super helpful and accommodating. Manager helped us get a room for a couple hrs so we couple play games and eat together. Made the stay even more enjoyable that it already was. Thank you!

The stairways and hallways were dirty.. The rooms seems quite clean.. The pool and hottub were dirty also..
