DOOR LOCK WOULDNT TAKE KEY. BUT OVERALL IT WAS GOOD

Check in was easy.. Customer service was pleasant. Quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean.

It's on the old side. It wasn't very clean had a dirty ceiling in the bathroom. Fingerprint of dirt on the door jams. I cleaned it my self. I was grossed out.

Stay away, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel, I had no hot water not even warm ( I was needing a shower before meeting my adult son for Mother’s Day dinner ) I was late ( moved all my belongings to another room on a different floor .. room had crumbs on rug ( not mine) , so hadn’t been vacuumed.. get home wanting to watch TV and TV doesn’t work .. I was tired and not impressed with having to be late , moving rooms and dirty rugs so now I have 2 employees in my room late at night I just wanted to go to bed and watch TV they finally figured it out .. and the front desk manager ( Colleen)asked me not to return the next night and she would be giving me a full refund for both nights .. ( I stayed 3) while I have paid for 3 nights and still waiting for my refund ?? I sure hope they make this right ..

You literally canceled my reservation at 5 AM in the morning. I was searching for another hotel to stay in after traveling for almost 24 hours and losing my luggage. You were no help at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Compensation would be definitely helpful to change this rating because it was horrible.

Booked online because it looked relatively clean, had a pool and was affordable for a one night stay. We got to the hotel 25 minutes before check in and they charged us an early check in fee, we went up to our room and as soon as we unlocked the door, we noticed the door had definitely been kicked in before, one single light for the entire room, dirty room, some sort of goop left on the comforter, we immediately turned around and said nope. We checked out after about 3 minutes and went to Best Western across the river. I understand they’re an older hotel but in its current state, it’s a “by the hour” type of place.

The night front desk lady was amazing. Unfortunately the room was dirty my door looked like someone kicked it in the pool and hot tub where not in service the bathroom looked like the tub wasn't cleaned, they cut off breakfast at 830 beacuse they were out of everything and as I left the building I tripped and fell in over a carpet that was flipped in the entrance. I hurt my knees and wrist.

Nobody at desk at check in. Lobby bathrooms out of order but no sign stating so. Carpets in hallway extremely dirty. Desk clerk Collene rude, spent more time out front smoking. We will not be back.

The hotel is located close to many good dining options but in rough shape. Pool looked like it had not been in operation in ages even though "it was just being repaired". The room was smelly because the drain of the bathroom sink was completely plugged up with a prior guest's vomit. The maid could not have missed this but apparently just rinsed but didn't report it. No other room was available. To be fair, the maintenance man came very promptly and fixed it and was friendly but the experience gave us a bit of the ick. The rest of the room was not very clean but not gross either. The tv is the size of a computer monitor but the air conditioning worked. Overall, the place feels worn and old and in dire need of renovation.

Definitely taking advantage of the fact that it was graduation for WSU and people that book late as first time college graduate parents. We spent over $300 for a disgusting room.

The pictures posted are far better than being here in person. It's much dingier than the cleaned up photos. Also, the pool area was closed without notice for our stay.

The property was ok bed was old shower was a bit dirty and couldn’t find anyone to checkout breakfast was nice and clean.

There was no hot water in the shower. Not enough towels for the guest. Chairs was ripped. Company charged me $50.00 and said I took 2 pillows when I brought my own pillows from home. Very bad place to stay and management not helpful.

Cost was good for 2 nights. Meet my needs. Staff was very helpful

The check in process is quick and the rooms are always clean

I just love the family of workers you have in Lewiston Idaho. I have used your motel many times. The manager is best of the best. I will continue to use and refer my friends.

Elevator wasn’t working and the stairs by our room was locked, so we had to walk back and forth to the other end of the building. Staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was definitely appreciated.

Staff was very helpful and the room had all I needed.

T.V's were so small, bathrooms didn't have much for toiletries. Very clean though. Breakfast was not very good. We got to breakfast at 8 a.m. and there was nothing left. That was disappointing. We actually left a day early even though we paid for the night. Just wasn't the best experience. Staff was very friendly though.
