The location is very good being right in front of a golf course and tucked into an area close to a natural reserve. The bird life for whomever enjoys it, is fantastic there.
I don’t think i will come back to that resort though. The first flat i was given was overlooking the parking so i asked for a better. location. The receptionist was very helpful. But the flat key wasnt working, i had to go back to get a new one. The falt is otherwise comfortable and the bed situation very good. Unfortunately, early morning on my second day, the stove blew up as i was cooking my eggs. When i went down to reception, the receptionist sent a maintenance person quickly. He couldnt repair it straight away for security reasons. So i reported this at 8am but it wasnt fixed before 11am. A well trained staff would have offered a breakfast coupon. The spa experience was very disappointing too, the sauna and steam bath were not functional. I reported it so the spa receptionist offered a refund.
I think the gardens are lovely, very well maintained and i applaud the landscaping team.
Apart from that, the place is sadly understaffed. Resulting in the customer feeling like nothing runs as smoothly as it could.
