I was a guest for 5 nights. My bedroom and bath were clean, bed comfortable, quiet, and WiFi was good. Breakfast bar was satisfying with an abundance of options. I am on a trip of several weeks, and it was an amenity to have a clean guest laundry. I had mistakenly double booked one night and the manager was cooperative and helpful in getting me a refund.

I found the bed too hard for my liking and woke up sore each morning (3 nights) however my partner found it comfortable.

Rooms are good & breakfast was fab. The fridge in our room was super noisy though which did wake is up. The hotel is so close to the center of Victoria it was really convenient. So overall we had a good stay.

Great breakfast options that were hit and refilled regularly.

The room With the two queen beds is quite small. They advertised a pool but they have it filled iin. The breakfast are very good & open till 10:30 which is good when you are on holidays

The breakfast was very good. However, I had already washed my face with a towel and I saw one the workers fold it and put it back as if it were clean. Despite that one incident, it was a great stay and would recommend it to others!

It is a very old property but well kept. Would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located for travelers and offers a quality breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was located right next to the bed, making it too noisy to keep on. I had to turn it on and off constantly, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.

Very convenient when visiting Victoria. Our dragon boat team stayed at this place which was a short walk to the racer’s village. The family room had a kitchen, room was spacious. The staff were very friendly. Thank you Art for arranging all the check-ins.

Considering the offered price, the value provided is quite impressive. It represents an excellent deal, especially given the quality and features included.

Very nice staff and good continental breakfast

Was quite happy with the location. Situated between the Legilative Assembly building and the Grand Pacific Hotel, it is literally walking distance to just about every site in downtown Victoria. Such as the Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, and Government Road. Plenty of free parking on site, and paid parking underground. Staff were friendly and accommodating. However... Breakfast buffet, was only ok. The choices of eggs, hashbrowns and sausages would have been better with the addition of warm biscuits and gravy. Similar to what other hotels offer. Also late night coffee dispensers (w/ cream and sweeteners) in the lobby or dining area would have been nice after a nice walk around town, and coming back to relax with a hot coffee to end the night. One disappointment for me was coming back to my suite and relaxing with a nice show to watch on tv. But the choices of channels are too few to enjoy, leaving me to go on my phone for the rest of the night.

Really liked our stay! Staff is very nice, next to parliament so everything walking distance. Breakfast is good (same kind as in other hotels in this category)

This is a fantastic place! Walking distance to the inner harbour, but located on a quiet street. Breakfast was fresh, hot, replenished often. We would stay here again instantly.

Location was perfect

The location is excellent. Everything is walkable from here. Parking is inexpensive on premises. Restaurants numerous around the hotel. The hotel is renovated and in excellent condition. Beds are comfortable and linen was high quality. The suite we were in had a nice kitchen and a view of the BC legislature
