Property was nice. 1st room I had when I walked in had the water running and the bathroom seemed not ready for a new guest. Came back to the room to find that the water wasn’t running at all, and was changed to another room which was fine.

Great Hotel. Clean, safe, a load of amenities, convenient location. Loved my stay!

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. It was some concerning that there were water leaks on at least × floors that were not fixed overnight.

The property one bedroom suite and gym facilities were nice. There was a lot of shopping options and it was a great area.

We arrived on Apr 20/ Easter Sunday. Room was fine info on how to work the TV would have helped, but we managed to make it work? Breakfast was outstanding, staff was kind, helpful, & courteous. Breakfast area was spacious & clean. Food was more than we expected & very good. We checked out before we ate. My sister-in-law forgot a gold chain & metal in our room. I went back to our room, housekeeper Isela had found the gold chain & turned it in at the front desk. I was able to pick up her chain & commend Isela for her honesty & service with small present. Checked in around 9 pm. Staff was very friendly and quick. She made it super easy for us.

Woman at the desk had a little bit of an attitude due to my misunderstand about check in times. I had just arrived from a long drive and was a little foggy. She seemed to be annoyed at me asking twice about check in times.
