Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of everything including laundry, booking tours, and helping me find my train platform and track (ticket was in Polish. One of the best hotel experiences I've had post -covid.

Perfect location to see historical sites in Krakow and centrally located for almost everything and the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nice breakfast to set us up every morning. The hotel is very well situated, close enough to most of the city centre to walk but still very quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel centrally located in the heart of Krakow old town. In walking distance of lots of attractions with tram/bus available for anything further afield. Hotel facilities great and fantastic breakfast also included in the price. All staff friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Unlike standard hotels, it has some individuality touch.
