Room was very nice and clean Loved the pools the staff was awesome! Food was good ! Would def stay again !

Nice hotel. Decent pools. Food ranged from not great to pretty good.

I don’t like how quickly you all stop taking reservations for the steakhouse each night. It took me 3 nights to finally get on a wait list to dine there. Unacceptable.

Great property the $680 resort credit is a joke can’t use it, but every thing else is great

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. It was clean and the service was excellent. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the food quality and taste at some of the restaurants. P.S. to those staying at hotel, make sure to tip the staff! I watched so many guests being very demanding yet did not leave a tip.

Only thing we did not like was smelling others guests cigarette smoke from our balcony. It completely ruined our balcony experience..

I like smaller hotels like this Riu. I loved the beach, very calm and beautiful water. Staff is very friendly and took good care of us, specially Catalina in Don Roberto and Romero restaurant. It’s very walkable. I did not like guests smoking or using loud speaking the beach but I don’t know if hotel staff can do anything about this. It’s inconsiderate to others around you. The hotel is older and may need some renovations. I would stay here again

I was not impressed with this resort. Entertainment was boring, restaurant food was average, staff were sometimes rude and unwilling to help. At the check out, resort tried to charge me for international call I did not make.

even finding a single chair near the pool can be challenging as many just throw down a magazine to hold it then disappear. food was OK and it was 'all inclusive'. I found the Mexican most interesting.

Everything was great, except the restaurants options. They don't allow reservations and they get filled too early so basically you are left out with the buffet, which food is great, no complaints but it makes it a little disappointing not been able to go to the restaurants. There was a electricity outage when we arrived, there was not much explanation. We were fine, but nobody mever told us anything about it. After the outage our 2nd room never got AC and we kept asking about it, but it never got resolved well enogh. Besides that, beach, staff, food and drinks were awesome.

Had multiple problems with my key cards. The steakhouse wasn't the greatest among all the a la carte restaurants. I did like that I didn't have to reserve. My steak was medium not medium rare. The crab cake was tiny. The lobster tail was a single portion as opposed to a double portion like on the photo. My steak had a big piece of fat.

I love the resort. Been to Cancun few times and this resort is my fav by far. Very very clean and well maintained. Great restaurant options. 3 pools depends if you want to be near the party pool or away. Plenty of chairs everywhere. Entertainment ended by10-11pm but it was good for our group. My only complaint was the quality of the pillows and the steak house restaurant wasn’t good, meat wasn’t cooked as we asked and other guests had the same comments. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you
