We had a decent stay. We stayed 2 days. The casino was typical. I will say this is a very dark casino and the rooms are as well. The lighting just seems dim everywhere. The price we got for a July stay was excellent. We would stay again but not before we try somewhere else that we've never experienced.

Pool area.. too smoky and noisey

Stayed on the 8th floor. Ice machine out and hallway carpet soaked in water. Hallway hot and musty smelling. Our room had a connecting door to the room next door. We were awakened a 1:30 AM and had to call security to stop the fight and noise coming from the room next door.

Didn’t care for breakfast

The rooms were not as cleaned as expected.

The pool at H20 was such a great experience. I stayed out all day. Something I never do while on vacation.

It's kind of run down. The whole place was musty and smelled of smoke. Our floor was especially musty smelling. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. There is no mini fridge in the room. The balcony paint was peeling and not well kept. I paid $100 a night so I guess it was OK for the money but, the other Golden Nuggets I've been too were much nicer. I would definitely try one of the other hotels next time.

All i can say is I'm planning my next visit real soon. Our upgrade was spectacular. The weather was awful most of the trip so having everything in one place was exceptional. The best part was the gaming and i love their free play compensation. Everything was so relaxing and the spa was amazing. I love it here!

This hotel stay was mediocre. Bathroom light didn’t work, showered in the dark. No shampoo/body wash in the provided pump bottles in the shower. Pool water was not the cleanest. Employees very nice and bed comfy.

The employees were very rude From the restaurant to the bartender. The room was okay...the lamp next to bed didn't work. I won't stay again.

From a northerner who’s completely unfamiliar with the area: Hint of cigarette smoke thru entire property- hallways, etc Feral kids screaming and jumping off ledges into the pool and throughout the property (didn’t think a casino was wholesome family fun…?) No housekeeping, so you’ve gotta ask for everything. Housekeeping doesn’t understand when you do ask, so expect your garbage to be overflowing and expect to swipe your own towels off the cart. Cockroach in the bathroom our last night there. Indifferent front desk staff, who have no interest in helping you. Smacking gum and clicking nails, rolling eyes. “Beach” was a joke… brown brackish swamp water with filthy sand. Props to the advertising team for selling this trip to the “Gulf Coast”. Just another version of Atlantic City NJ.

Best part was the 2 pool areas, comfortable beds, a balcony, and the guy who unloaded my luggage. Getting to the registration desk and then to the room took 2 elevators, 2 escalators, and hundreds of endless hallways. The balcony is over some rooftop fans and you can't hear yourself talk, good view though. A $20 resort fee didn't get me anything that I know of. Cost $11 to borrow a mini fridge (I did not do that). Both pools are great, but I wouldn't pay alot to stay here.

Friendly staff! The first floor pool was smaller than expected with too many kids for a casino..

We came to Biloxi to share time with our son. He is a at Keesler AFB. Wasn't really concerned about whether or not if we even stayed at a Casino Resort. But glad we did! The Golden Nugget delivered. Friendly staff, clean room and Casino. Loved it .
