Everything was great till I went outside and sit in the patio area and water started leaking everywhere while I sit outside overhead coming from second floor must be a sprinkler system, and as I walk outside, I stepped in a puddle of water outside of my room

I just stayed here and it was a great experience. It was my first time in New Orleans and the staff made me feel so welcome. The front desk lady (Nicole) was extremely helpful and very kind. There is also a gentleman that I dont have his name which is also a great staff member; very, very helpful and always with a good spirit. The room I stayed was perfect for me; very clean, hot water and a very comfortable bed which was a plus. Very well located. I walked everywhere; it is like 2 blocks from Bourbon street. In summary, Im staying here the next time I visit New Orleans.

The staff is really nice and you're 10 minutes away from the French Quarter. I loved staying there for my solo trip

Great location. Given the location and price, I was happy. Staff members could have been a bit more attentive after I checked in, but overall highly recommended.

The check-in went well. The front door had to be kicked to open; twice we had to go across the street for wash cloths, and the second time, they only found one. We saw 2 enormous cockroaches, but we understand they are common in the Deep South.

It was great, enjoyed my stay! Everything is within walking distance, and the staff was great!

This property was in the heart of the French Quarter and in walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

This property is good for a really quick stay. Not too many amenities such as premium cable channels, no HBO/Showtime/Netflix. No mini fridge or microwave. Just the basics but clean and friendly staff. Great location.

Quaint but very clean.

I was very nervous about the parking but stayed on the weekend so it was super easy. Parked on street after 7pm until monday morning, no charge. I waited too long to fill this out and i failed to write their names down. I want to say Dewayne (maybe) for front desk was absolutely wonderful. Maintenance (did not need) but i encountered him in passing and he was such a joy to talk to. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my return to New Orleans. We were traveling to get on a cruise bit really enjoyed out 2 night stay

Great stay

Very intimate and cozy but NO elevator. I fell and needed first aide… they had no first aide kit on site. The building is old so if you go during the summer, it will be hot!

It’s a cute, historic property within walking distance of all the famous sites and restaurants in the French Quarter. It was challenging to find street parking nearby.

Old but cool! It’s the right price

We have stayed at Inn on St Ann several times, and stayed in different rooms. This particular room #75 was clean and quiet, upstairs in the main building. And thank you to Nicole for her help when we checked in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves the small historical hotels. The courtyard is peaceful to sit in. We will be back there in October🙂
