Interior could use an update

There is inaccurate description on the website on hours of workout and pool- I planned to use once I got back to do my PT & a workout. Disappointing

I love the fact that Truist Park is close enough to walk too, but the hotel has went downhill since we last stayed there. One elevator is broke so it takes forever to get anywhere. Our air conditioning was rattling the entire stay. We told the front desk, but as usual it worked when they came to inspect it. The windows don't seem to be sealed as much as they were. It was very noisy all night.

Was convenient to Truist park. Clean and pleasant staff. Elevators were a little scary and ice machines not available on every floor, but otherwise a nice clean and convenient stay.

Everything was great. Very helpful staff and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

The bed was not comfortable and the A/C unit on the wall didn’t work.

Housekeeping should talk in a louder voice, they were shouting in the hallway.

The hotel staff were wonderful and polite. The shuttle services to the stadium made this stay a plus. The breakfast set up was nice and didnt feel cluttered like some other hotels do. I was here for a concert and they informed me about another similar artist/band coming to town. I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was nice. It was walking distance to the Truist park (Atlanta Braves Stadium) but you do have to across a 4 lane highway to get over there. Our room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Parking included for free which is akways nice. The property did have a free shuttle to Truist park as well.

The staff was very nice and hospitable. The hotel is very clean, and in a great location near truist park. Was a quick convenient walk to get pretty much anything we needed. Only downside was the mini fridge didn't seem to work. Overall a good stay.

Great place to stay! Very nice staff and very convenient to Truist - walking distance, and to restaurants, etc.

Staff was very friendly but the hotel itself needs better airflow and windows with better sound proof. Breakfast very limited and mostly unhealthy stuff, coffee didn’t taste like a coffee, no yogurts in the fridge, old apples and oranges. Not enough towels for family of 4.

Close to Braves ballpark! Clean and large rooms. Only drawback is lighting in bathroom and water pressure in shower.

So first of all, I read all the reviews.... that being said, this place was amazing for us. We stayed here for the Dbacks v Braves series (GO DIAMONDBACKS!!) in June. Desk staff was great. I had 2 separate reservations and had zero issues just staying in our room without checking in/ out hassles. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. The room was fantastic... no evidence of what other patrons had issues with... clean room, linens, plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. Water was HOT . Room was cleaned and restocked with plenty of towels the next day. The pool was up and running; temp was perfect. Elevators worked fine, ice makers worked. The breakfast was pretty decent, with lots of juice, milk, coffee options. Cereal, muffins, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, etc. Literally the only "thing" that was a tad bit annoying was that we were right off the elevator, and so there was that noise..... just bring earbuds! Thank you, Wingate!
