This place one the most friendly and amazing staff. Food was amazing

It was a great hotel, great services the staff was amazing: Jhony bell service, Veronica in housekeeping. Everyone was great! Our room was a suit very large, bed super comfortable linen and pillows very very clean!! Bathroom large and comfortable, hot water and a big tub. Close to everything, restaurants, bars and night clubs.

I stayed a few days and found that the room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a good area.

The hotel is nice. Staff is VERY NICE (typical of Colombia). The area is ok in the day time but not very safe to walk at night and all restaurants and entertaiment are a few blocks away in Granada so it’s better to take taxis at night. I stayed for a week for work and it was ok. I was not impress but also not disappointed.

There is some construction on the 10th floor but overall a good experience.

I would stay here again. I was here for a business trip. The restaurant food is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is pretty good too. Maybe one of the best I have had in Colombia.

Very nice property, friendly staff, breakfast is the best, everyday was different food. I truly recommend this hotel for those who’s looking for a quiet stay.

I would recommended the hotel. It was my first visit to Colombia and was travelling by myself. It was a good location. A short walk to the river then you could cover a lot of the tourist places. Staff were super friendly even though i can't speak Spanish. The room was and comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection so i ate there every night as i wasn't sure about leaving the hotel at night. During the day everything was fine. I would have liked to use the pool on the roof but my room key wouldn't let me past the 3rd floor.

Staff was nice & helpful. But language barrier existed. Half the hotel is going under renovation, so all day hammering was there until they moved my room. There’s no sound proofing whatsoever is the rooms.
