Decent hotel, but the electricity went out for sometime on the first evening. Gym was adequate and we did not eat in the hotel.

We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Very friendly and courteous staff

Start with the good things, the A/C in the room was amazing kept us cool in the hot conditions. As well as this they provided toothbrushes and paste which was a nice extra. The WiFi was very good. That's about everything that I can say good about the hotel. The bad things, the cleaners are very noisy in the mornings and woke us up several times, in addition to this we requested that the bed sheets be changed and they weren't which was evident in the stain on the bedding. There was no provision of kettle or anything to accommodate ourselves, and was highly inconvenient as my poor girlfriend had a crippling stomach ache. In the bathroom there was a weird mark in the toilet that was there for the entirety of our stay and there was also mould around the bath, the stairs were very dingy and dark. It's an okay hotel if you are just going there to stay for the night and that's it

we found the staff to be most helpful and very welcoming bedrooms were comfortable with aircon and nice city views from 7th Floor

First time staying here. Lovely big room and all exceptionally clean. Bathroom ready for a refurb and. Tv in lounge area would be good. Staff amazing and breakfast very good.
